She is President of her own venture, Corporate Training Group, Inc., which combines her expertise in talent management and executive coaching spanning over 25 years.

Joyce has worked with hundreds of leaders to improve performance and develop them into excellent leaders, with a proven track record of transforming managers into extraordinary leaders. Conducting surveys, administering 360-degree feedback tools, using self-assessments, peer assessments, and team assessments, she provides them coaching and insight into individual, leader, and team dynamics.
