Sharon M. Wilson

Learning & Development Consultant / Personal-Professional Development Coach / Altruist

Any given week, you will find Sharon consulting with her corporate clients on a variety of learning and development topics, collaborating with colleagues to create and facilitate life-altering learning experiences, assisting clients in packaging their experience, coaching clients on career transition or relationships, volunteering at her daughter’s school or driving her to soccer practice, designing inspirational gifts for her and her daughter’s craft business, or creating memories with family and friends.

Sharon has broken through significant limiting beliefs to continue to create the “crazy” meaningful life she imagined, and wants to help others realize their potential, and right, to do the same! Sharon has contributed twenty-five years to the corporate, healthcare, education, and not-for-profit sectors in a variety of roles and leadership positions. She was always inspired by and drawn to professional opportunities to teach and mentor. Her life-changing experience as a Stepmom provoked her belief that she could transform these interests into a career as she became a certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner through iPEC, started her own company ALIGN Training and Coaching, and pursued a MS degree in management and organizational behavior.

Sharon’s most recent endeavors include: Inspire the Soul, an inspirational gift business she has started with her teen daughter. Creating Harmony in the Blended Family, a coaching program designed specifically to assist Stepmoms in navigating the relationships within their blended families. Breaking My Boundaries, an empowering woman’s conference designed to help women conquer their limiting beliefs.

The Stepmom Journey: Get to Know YOU First

Sharon’s quick transformation into the very important role of Stepmom left her feeling more alone, conflicted, insecure, and frustrated than she had ever been in her life. As a result, she began her own personal development journey that transformed the way she viewed herself, her role, and those in her blended family. Only then was she able take control, move forward, and create the “crazy” meaningful life she had always imagined for herself, which also includes stronger, healthier relationships in her blended family.

Stephanie Kurokawa

At an early age, Stephanie Kurokawa knew she was destined to become an entrepreneur. Fulfilling this dream, she worked with advertising agencies and studios in Chicago, Illinois and Los Angeles, California. During those years, she worked on brands like Apple, Honda, Budweiser, Marlboro and Playboy, which created her fascination with branding.

The love of brands ignited her passion to study the works of Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield and John Assaraf during a time of personal transition. She became involved in Toastmasters, where she earned her DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) designation after a few short years and is a co-founder of Midwest Speaking Professionals.

She studied Strategic Intervention coaching through Tony Robbins of Robbins Madanes coaching, neuro-plasticity (retraining your brain) with John Assaraf and is a certified Jack Canfield Success Principles Trainer. Combining strategic coaching with success principles, she creates strategies to systemize success for personal transformations.

She enjoys working out, biking, zip-lining, going to seminars, reading, quiet time by the lake and the moments she spends with her daughter.
