Carol O’Meara

Carol O’Meara [MSM; GradDipCouns; BA (HRM)] is the President of Diverse People Solutions, professional and executive coach, specializing in work, life and culture transitions. Carol is also a US military veteran and a corporate consultant with significant global experience. Her direct experience with achieving her goals during multiple transitions has helped her become an expert transition coach. She uses her life lessons and a strengths-based approach to assist her clients to accelerate their transitions.

Carol drew on her strengths during her own transitions from management positions in the US to a new life and a new career while experiencing the culture shock of living in Australia. Within weeks of arriving, she established DPS and commenced lecturing in Human Resources at Federation University, Australia.

Carol’s genuine desire to help others resulted in the referrals that built her business. Her diverse list of clients included representatives from the health, higher education, professional sports, hospitality, government, manufacturing, and transportation sectors.

Committed to inspiring others, Carol encouraged clients to engage in social responsibility programs. Her ‘Classroom Connections©’, and ‘Changing Colors©’ programs based in Malawi, drew the attention and support of UNESCO and the Australian government.

While in Australia, Carol formed a non-profit organization for empowering women in regional and rural areas. Events encouraged women to Move Up, Reach Back and Give a Hand Up© to women starting their journey as a business owner. Carol also took time to invest in herself by returning to graduate school and earning a counselling degree.

Back in the United States, Carol has opened a Diverse People Solutions Chicago location and begun sharing the secrets of her strengths-based approach when coaching clients to reach their true potential by identifying and applying their unique strengths.

Jordan Holwell

Jordan Holwell is a Licensed Massage Therapist and the Owner of Higher Energy Massage Therapy. Jordan is committed to helping clients to improve the quality of their lives from the inside out. She is also committed to educating the masses on the benefits of massage for emotional and physical healing.

Jordan’s own introduction to the benefits of bodywork was what initially gave her the desire to help others. “I had my first CranioSacral session over 12 years ago, and it was that experience that led me to where I am today,” she says. “The profound change that happened within, after that one session, left me with a passion for energy and massage work.”

With her new-found enthusiasm, Jordan began taking courses at the Sacred Journey Institute in Tinley Park, studying the principles of CranioSacral Therapy. In 2009, she founded Higher Energy Massage Therapy. However, her education in the field of holistic wellness wouldn’t end there.

Jordan, who is a strong advocate of integrative health and wellness practices and natural healing, went on to graduate from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. Her current practice is as diverse as her varied background, enabling her to bring a combination of CranioSacral Therapy, relaxation and therapeutic massage to the table. “The opportunity to help others facilitate healing is endless,” she says.

I never realized that I was strong. I just figured that I was getting through life. I mean we’re all given our cross to bear right? God doesn’t give us more than we can handle? Why am I strong? I found my way very late in life…but I FOUND MY WAY! Finally, this is what I was meant to do…and the journey here was, quite the adventure.
