EMPOWERED WOMEN

Sandra Dugan

Sandra’s path started in the most ordinary way. She grew up in a small family, graduated from high school, and began her service in the US Navy. She wanted to fly fighter jets at the time. It was the 1970’s, however, and women just weren’t allowed to do that. So, with a big sigh, she became a Navy corpsman. This would turn out to be the moment she found her passion for helping people to heal from sometimes horrific injuries. She also found her calling to teach others the ins and outs of her field.

As time went on, Sandra found her way into the private sector as a medical assistant. Her skill in patient care was enhanced by her ability to relate to the patient and help them express their concerns more effectively to the doctors. She was, in fact, reading their energetic body and helping to translate that into medical jargon.

As her career grew, Sandra found herself working in corporate America designing, communicating, and administering benefit plans. As time went on, her path led back to a more patient care-oriented calling. She attended the Soma Institute in Chicago, IL, where she learned the ins and outs of clinical massage therapy.

As a national board-certified massage therapist, Sandra found her empathic talents coming to the forefront of her life. She completed training to become her empathic and energetic healing skills.

Sandra is the founder of Energetic Essence, an organization designed to merge her two greatest passions, healing arts, and the written word. Sandra is a Reiki Master Practitioner and has been trained in Shamanism, Qi Gong and clinical massage therapy. She believes that no one travels your healing path for you. However, you may encounter many who will help you along the way.

Sandra is currently designing programs in energy work, crystal healing, and the power of the universe. You can reach out to her at San[email protected] for further information and assistance.

My Story

My Energetic Awakening

After a lifetime of feeling like something was calling her, Sandra stumbled across a book that would help her life make sense. Or perhaps, a book stumbled across her. Since that encounter, she realized that there are no accidents. When we heed the signs, life will lead you exactly where you need to be. When you don’t heed the signs, the universe throws a deer.

FEARLESS WOMEN

Donna Eller

That she was a beautiful blonde fashion model featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Self and other top women’s magazines for twenty years, doesn’t begin to tell Donna Eller’s story. Donna has fearlessly taken on corrupt modeling agencies, flipped houses, produced movies, clothed Wall Street men and coached thousands of people into being their best selves. Donna has set the stage for others’ transformation, by demonstrating how she fearlessly walks her own path.

Raised in a small farming town in North Carolina, Donna made her way to New York City shortly after graduating from Bauder College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Soon after, she was picked up by Click, a top modeling agency, and also modeled for IMG, Ford and Wilhelmina. She has also modeled internationally and acted in television commercials, ranging from Oil of Olay, Dove Soap, to Breyers Ice Cream.

Not just the proverbial pretty face, Donna was the co-founder of The Models’ Guild, Local 51, in 1995. She served as its Union President for five years and lobbied for the protection of children’s rights in the modeling industry.

That work garnered her notice on the Today Show, 20-20, 60 Minutes, Hard Copy, New York One Minute, Good Morning America and WCBS. This time, instead of her beauty being captured in images in print, it was her work that was featured in stories in The New York Times, The New York Post, New York Magazine and others.

Still in the entertainment industry, her career path took a turn to producing movies.  She was President of Lightstone Entertainment.

Donna also was at the helm of Spirit Models, Vice President of Public Relations for The Haberdasher and a Business Consultant for VSA Consulting Group.

While her professional career blossomed, Donna also began working with Landmark Worldwide, a personal and professional training organization.  Donna has nearly three decades of experience in Transformation and Training and Development. She is currently a Personal Performance Coach for Landmark, while also leading Communication Courses, as well as The Team, Management, and Leadership Program.

After her New York chapter, Donna headed back home and began flipping houses.  Discovering she had a talent for real estate, Donna opened One Hot Flip. She built an award-winning Keller Williams team in North Carolina. It was then on to being CEO for Keller Williams Realty in Marina Del Rey and Rancho Palos Verdes in Los Angeles, California, as well as being a realtor and a productivity coach.

Led by her love and passion for bringing out the best in herself and others, Donna devotes herself to empowering others in leadership, performance and team building.

My Story

Choosing Love as a Way of Life

As a top fashion model in Vogue, Self, and many other publications, it was a sudden shock when Donna neared the life-expectancy of that career. She encountered a series of tipping points that delivered her into a whole new way of being in life. She had to deal with her experience of aging, and, she was committed to women loving themselves and having a voice, no matter what their age.  That thought evolved into co-founding the first union for models.  She then moved into a real estate career and coaching, committing her life to empowering others. She began letting love drive her purpose.

FEARLESS WOMEN

Heather Rosson

Heather Rosson is a business and financial coach, who helps Christian entrepreneurs create great businesses and full lives. She believes that a full and abundant life is one that has God and family at the center, work that focuses on others and leaves room for ministry, fun and rest, eliminating burnout. Heather strives for each client to create the life they’ve always dreamed of, by focusing on their purpose first. Heather owns a local service business, AZ Moving Boxes, and understands what it means to be in the trenches. Growing up in an entrepreneurial household in the construction industry, she knows the sacrifices that are often made, and the stress involved. Her upbringing and experience fuel her desire to see others find joy in their businesses. Heather’s first love is teaching. She taught teenagers how to do math, love themselves, be kind to others around them and feel confident in what they are capable of. She always made sure that her students knew they mattered as people. She taught them the meaning of hard work, that perfection is a myth and they each have their own unique gifts and talents. When Heather left the classroom, she carried the same love of teaching into the world of entrepreneurship. Heather has a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Religious Studies. In 2012, she completed a M.A. in Practical Theology and a Certified Leadership Coach program. To add to her expertise, she became a Certified Master Financial Coach in 2019. Heather loves her Arizona desert life, with her husband and three children. Her greatest passion is to help others hear the voice of God in the way that He made them, through their gifts and experiences. She fulfills her purpose through coaching, teaching and speaking engagements.

My Story

Purpose First

Have you ever been through an existential crisis? Heather has. She has always wondered why she’s here. What is her purpose? Is this all there is? Why doesn’t she hear God’s voice? Then she realized something. God has been speaking to her, her entire life, even before she knew it was Him. Actually, even before she knew Him at all. He created her. He knows her better than she knows herself. She just had to learn how to listen for His voice. By tuning in to how God created her, she has been able to discover her purpose here on the planet. When an opportunity arises, Heather knows immediately whether to say yes or no. The real question is simply, “Does it align with her purpose?”

It’s Quite Simple: I didn’t Say Easy

This is a story of a girl who followed her passion by taking a journey across the ocean and succeeded time and time again until she came across an obstacle, or should I say, lost her hunger. It is about being OK with being a rebel, defying the odds, challenging the authority, questioning the rules and standing on the side of an underdog and finding that hunger again. It is that purpose that drives all human beings to want to become better. All that’s necessary is our ability to ask the right questions, listen and take that first step.

Life after Debt

My story tells how my upbringing and cultural norms led me to believe that a life lived heavily dependent on credit and borrowing was how things were supposed to be. It wasn’t until my lack of self-control resulted in the loss of my home and threatened my family’s well-being that I realized the destructive path I was on. The recovery and rebuilding process led me to uncover what I truly believe is my life’s purpose.
