LIMITLESS WOMEN

Julia Hsia

Julia is a Chinese American from Taiwan, who has been living in a Chicago suburb since 1984. A wrongfully accused and convicted sentence of her father’s political stance resulted in her family’s choice to make the journey to the United States. This family secret resulted in a full set of limiting beliefs, including a sense of shame which impacted her creativity, self-expression, and way of connecting and communicating with the world as well as with herself. Her transformation began when she learned the power of reflection.

With this shift of mindset, she is now able to call forth the alignment, cooperation, and partnership of others. She is living the limitless life created by design. After graduating from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Print Communication, she started her career as a digital production artist. In 2009, she founded Reflection Communications to assist businesses with multi-channel marketing communication. In addition to being the founder of Reflection Communications, LLC, she is also the Chinese Mandarin host of One Kind Moment Podcast, a Chinese language teacher with students ranging from Chicago to Atlanta, and a seasoned Toastmaster member who has served multiple clubs and was recognized as the President of The Year in 2021.

Her hobbies include beekeeping, improv performing, drumming, and tap dancing. She is a lover of nature and spends time hiking in the woods with her loving Pitbull companion Frank.

LIMITLESS WOMEN

Shanon Boos

Shanon’s middle name is Resilience. From being a high school dropout to a six-figure earner and national achiever, she is limitless. She grew up through family dysfunction, including multiple divorces, alienation from her biological father, poverty, molestation, and teen pregnancy. A high school dropout faced with an unwanted pregnancy, her hard knocks weren’t over yet. Before she found God, she went through another decade of poor decisions, unhealthy relationships with people, and money.

She found it easy to earn money with natural leadership skills and work ethic. However, managing her finances/emotions was the hard part. She wasn’t raised with financial responsibility. Thankfully, she ended up in a bank job and learned the skills needed to really succeed.

She became financially self-sufficient as an author and business consultant with a team of agents. Shanon is launching an Evangelism Speaking Ministry centered around teaching believers to share their faith with permission using turtles as a tool.

If you are a believer that has traditionally been afraid to share your faith, the TOFP Movement is for you. As a person who did not believe for many years and resisted any “unwanted” efforts at evangelism. I want to encourage and empower believers to share their faith without fear — with permission. When done in love and with permission, the gospel is received without resistance.

My Story

When Life Changes in a Moment, Hang On!

This is a story of how Joyce turned her life challenges into successes. Growing up in an abusive, neglected household, she had to learn how to fend for herself. This inspirational journey shares highlights of how the most important people in her life, her grandparents, taught her important life lessons of determination, goal setting and resilience. These were her guiding principles. Joyce’s grandfather had many great sayings and one that always drove her work ethic was, “If you’re going to take the time to do something, do it right the first time so you won’t have to do it over.”
