Juliet Strocchia

Juliet Strocchia is a stylist, licensed cosmetologist, and Co-Owner of The Mixx Hair Salon in Elk Grove Village, IL. Her passion is making women feel confident and beautiful. Before opening The Mixx Hair Salon, she owned her own beauty salon, JS Salon, also in Elk Grove Village, IL. Her successful career includes being a stylist for 17 years with advanced training from Mario Ticoci, Redkin, Paul Mitchell, Pureology, Matrix and the Redkin Exchange, becoming a Certified Colorist. She has styled hair for the Chicago Rush Dancers, Chicago Blackhawk Ice Girls and a professional comedian who has appeared on the Chelsea Lately show. Juliet enjoys spending time with her daughter Bella and husband Mike. She is an avid dog lover and has three fur babies of her own. Her family is most important to her, and she loves spending time and going on adventures with them. Juliet continues to advance her personal and professional growth through workshops and self-development. She has always wanted to share her own story in the hope that her story will inspire and motivate you to overcome any challenges and obstacles that may come your way.

My Story

Every Day Is a New Day

At a very young age, Juliet made the decision to not live the life she knew as a young child. As a child, she was exposed to the life of drugs, violence, guns and abuse. She wanted more for her life and was determined to define her life and not let circumstances define who she was or going to be. Juliet knew deep down in her soul, that she was going to be very different from how her parents were. She is now an overachieving, perfectionist and workaholic, who has learned how to disguise all of her childhood pain.
