As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Jackie has helped hundreds of women find confidence, control, deep health, and more vibrancy for life. Since starting the company, she has changed her own mental, physical, and emotional health in even deeper ways. As a result, the vision for the company has shifted to something that’s far bigger than just physical health and body composition change. She felt so emotionally, mentally, and physically stuck in her life and was constantly bringing herself down or getting in her own way. She knew that she needed to create change, in order to get back into being present in her life. Jackie spent an immense amount of time alone with herself, she paid attention to her thoughts, and she embraced the forever journey of growth. She now realizes that both health without happiness or happiness without health are not as fulfilling as health with happiness and self-love. Her entire outlook on her relationship with herself has changed. She has harnessed the power to trust herself, live authentically, and move forward.
