LIMITLESS WOMEN

Dr. Jamie Thomure

Dr. Jamie has a passion for helping people get to the root of their health issues. Believing in the body’s ability to heal when given the proper support, she teaches clients how natural methods and lifestyle changes can impact the body.

Jamie is the owner of DuPage Family Wellness, a chiropractic office in Warrenville, IL. While she loves seeing patients in her office, she desires to help even more people. In an attempt to do so, she has created two online courses: “7 Weeks of Real Food” and “Balanced.”

In “Seven Weeks of Real Food,” people explore how eating “real food” can be life-changing. Participants are encouraged to make changes to their eating habits, as they learn the “why” behind the recommendations.

“Balanced” is a program designed for women with PCOS who want to lose weight without just eating less and exercising more. Throughout six months, these women learn what is driving their symptoms and how to balance their hormones through natural lifestyle changes and supplements.

These courses help women to get to the root cause of their issues through small achievable steps. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, women discover which lifestyle changes would be most helpful for them to feel their best. They are also invited into an online community, where they can find the accountability and support they need to be successful.

In her spare time, Jamie loves cooking, growing veggies, reading, spending time in nature, and of course, hanging out with her husband and three daughters.

More information about these courses can be found at her website below.

My Story

Finding My Passion by Getting to the Root Cause

Jamie’s story shares how the universe led her to believe that the body wants to thrive, and when we find the root cause of symptoms, it can heal. This created a passion in her to help as many people as possible live a whole and healthy life. She is now focusing this passion on helping women with PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) get to the root of their symptoms and take charge of their health. The natural methods she uses may be different from traditional medicine but are backed with science. She tells many stories of lives changed through these approaches.

VICTORIOUS WOMEN

Monique Horb

Monique Horb

Monique Horb has a passion for helping women who are busy, tired, and overwhelmed. She does this by organizing homes and paper piles so that women can be more productive, have time and energy to live their purpose, and live the life they want. She loves to say, Life Is Easier Organized!

She began her business, Organizing Your Chaos, after experiencing depression, bankruptcy, adoption, marriage and medical crisis. These things were out of her control, and her home was falling apart. Through twists and turns, she learned that with an organized home she was able to manage.

Monique was raised in southwest Michigan and graduated from Taylor University, a Christian college in Indiana, with a BA in Sociology & Psychology. She met her husband through a friend while working at Spring Hill Camps in Michigan. They have been married for twenty-five years and have six children, two dogs and a cat. Her life experiences have pushed her out of her comfort zone and shaped the business that she created.

She loves to help women who struggle to get their homes organized.  She knows that the simple (yet difficult) act of getting your home organized gives hope. Hope propels us forward, gives confidence, and allows changes to happen. This can change your life.

When asked, “How do you do it?” she responds, “I get up and get dressed.”

She believes that being willing to take off the mask, ask for help and work hard, alongside a faith in God, has changed her life. She continues to help women change their lives, and shares that we are all better when we are in community together.

My Story

My Story

Get Up and Get Dressed

Overcoming depression, bitterness, and disappointment by learning how to take care of herself was the beginning of change in Monique’s life. When things around her were falling apart, she felt alone and like a failure. However, Monique learned that by reaching out to others, and by taking off the mask that she wore, she was able to let go of the things that were not hers to own or to fix. When Monique learned to act instead of reacting, everything changed, and she became free from overwhelm.

Finding Your True North

My story is about my struggle throughout my adolescence to find “home” and to be comfortable in my own skin. I was on my own, or emancipated, at a very young age and fending for myself in Detroit. My dream to do something amazing and make something of myself helped me to persevere through very trying times and inspired me to start a business and personal practice dedicated to helping others heal holistically and be comfortable in their own skin through bodywork and my own line of plant based body care products.
