Sally Nauss

Sally Nauss is a role model for creating a business in alignment with your values. Sally left a corporate job in 2010 (she was a vegan working at the Golden Arches!) to pursue a career in fitness. She later founded Active Souls, an award-winning women’s only fitness center.

Building her company with her corporate background, Sally learned powerful lessons about the importance of systems and how all the elements of leadership, operations, finance, team building, marketing, and sales fit together to create a business that can run independently of the owner. She closed the doors of her fitness center and now coaches small business owners on systems and accountability for growing their business and creating the lifestyle they desire.

An avid runner and triathlete, she is passionate about sharing the positive effects of a balanced diet and exercise program have on overall health and energy. She is certified in life coaching and behavior change and uses this experience to help business owners create positive results.

Sally works with highly motivated business owners who want to grow their profits and have a life filled with energy, passion, and abundance. She offers one-on-one, group, and online coaching.

Aligning Your Life’s Work to Your Life’s Goals

A 2006 health setback had Sally Nauss thinking about her career, her diet, and her life. She started eating a vegan diet while working at McDonald’s. This lifestyle changed the way she looked at her job as the senior director of alignment in the Global Operations group. After she completed an Ironman, her life changed as she left her comfortable corporate job and marriage.
