Eleonor Forte

Eleonor Forte is a boutique portrait photographer located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, IL. Her friends call her “Elle,” hence the name of her studio, Elle Forte Photography.

Eleonor studied finance at Indiana University and received an MBA in marketing from DePaul University. She worked for 12 years in the corporate world as a financial analyst. Although she enjoyed her job, she longed for something more. Her entrepreneurial business mind eventually merged with her creative spirit and love of photography, which led her to her ultimate career. Her favorite quote is from George Eliot: “It is never too late to be what you might have been.”

In April 2020, Eleonor became a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) for her artistic and technical competence as awarded by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). PPA currently recognizes fewer than 2,500 CPPs. Just as doctors and other professionals seek certification in their industries, Eleonor strives to continually master her craft to be the best photographer for her clients.

Eleonor loves to empower women, by helping them look and feel their best through her photography. She aims to bring out the inner beauty, poise and confidence that exist in all women.

Married to her college sweetheart for 26 years, Eleonor is also a dedicated mom of four boys. She loves coffee, wine, and chocolate, although not necessarily in that order. She is a romantic at heart and will cry about almost anything that touches her heart.

A Time to Shine: Finding Inner Beauty

Do you shy away from the camera or know someone who hates having her picture taken? Eleonor Forte, owner of Elle Forte Photography, knows all too well about the insecurities that women feel about their own beauty. Eleonor shares her own story of how her journey through motherhood had adversely affected how she felt about herself on the outside, but perhaps more importantly, on the inside. As a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP), Eleonor empowers other women to embrace their “imperfectly perfect” selves, as she artfully captures their inner beauty, poise, and confidence through her lens. She believes that all women are beautiful without exception!

Ericka Axtle-Ludwig believes in magic, specifically, the magic in each and every one of us. In January 2010, she became a U.S. citizen and by 2011 she created her first corporation, setting the base of her entrepreneurial journey.

She is an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, a TRX Personal Trainer and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Science as well as an English Teacher Certification. She is currently impacting lives as Owner and Chief Graphic Designer of Motivational Wall Decor, building her brand, Girl Power 24/7, soon to include even more dynamic Women’s Motivational products.
