Overcoming Mediocrity - Volume IXUNSTOPPABLE WOMEN
Lisa Edwards is a certified and accredited Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy™ and NLP. She has also recently trained in the wonderfully therapeutic Havening Techniques® and is looking forward to weaving that into her work in the near future. She is a motivational speaker and regular podcast guest, sharing her message, knowledge, and expertise.
Lisa has had a far from mediocre life, although she always felt mediocre and unconfident as a person. From a young age she knew that she wanted to travel and to be as far away from her oppressive childhood as she could. She spent most of her adult years living a nomadic lifestyle, moving from place to place and country to country, trying her hand at everything from teaching English to dealing roulette. Lisa has always had a natural gift for manifesting everything she focused on, long before she had even heard of The Law of Attraction. Despite her ability to achieve her goals, it was the longevity of success and happiness that always eluded her. A trauma in adulthood put her on the path to self-love with the realization that the fundamental key to true success and happiness is believing that you are worthy of it.
Lisa’s philosophy in life is to live it in the same way we are encouraged to eat a nutritious balanced diet – with as much color and variety as possible! She has run two half marathons, raised money for charity by skydiving, trekked the four-day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and ridden a toboggan down from the Great Wall of China. Lisa lives in the UK. She is a proud mother to an awesome son and has a wonderful partner.

Worthless Victim to Worthy Victor
In the summer of 2014, Lisa Edwards’ partner of six years was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The disturbing events that followed led Lisa to suspect that something was not quite right. Was it the brain tumor, or something else? Worthless Victim to Worthy Victor is a story of a shocking revelation that would thrust Lisa onto an unwitting journey of self-discovery. This raw and inspiring account touches on betrayal, humiliation, failures, and illness. It ultimately leads to the one simple truth that would enable Lisa to finally break free from the jaws of “victimhood” and bravely own her story.
