The Power of Permission
My story is a summary of situations over my lifetime. I had spent many years being bullied, isolated and rejected. My life story is a combination of many times where I had tried to do the right things and it always turned into the wrong things. I opened myself up to being a victim for many years. It took a series of real life experiences for me to learn that I did not need to rely on others to determine what my life would or should look like. I learned how to give myself the permission needed to live the life that I wanted to live.
