Nancy Nance is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds certification as Group Instructor with AFAA, TRX Group and Sports Medicine, Spinning Level 3, Total Control Practitioner, Women’s Weight Loss and Women’s Fitness Specialist and Bender Pilates. She has been in the fitness industry for seventeen years. She currently teaches at Wheaton Sports Center and the Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center. She empowers men and women to take back their power to live a healthier life by finding exercises and foods that they can enjoy and staying fit. She worked to develop the Healthy Plus Women’s program, designed for women who have a BMI of 30+ and limited ability to exercise.
Nancy lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, George. She has three grown children and three grandchildren.
