Monique Hicks

Monique Hicks has been in the cosmetic and plastic surgery industry for over 10 years. She has owned her own practice for over five years specializing in the art of concierge medicine. She has opened three practices offering over 70 different procedures and services. She works with multiple vendors and skin care companies to bring the best, most technologically advanced gold standards to her clients. She has a unique approach to working with people and strives to create true partnerships with people who believe in both her way of doing business and the products and services they represent. In addition to the companies that she chooses to work with, she is just as selective of the people she chooses to surround herself with. Jim Rohn has said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Monique loves hiring passionate, talented people who have a love for helping others and achieving their personal best. She truly feels this is the best combination and has managed to hire 15 staff that seamlessly manage to shine in her leadership. In 2016, she was honored with the Pinnacle Award for the Best Female Small Business Owner of the Year.
