Kim Falco

Kim Falco is the consummate personable, engaging, self-assured professional; she is an extraordinarily effective networker who forms friendly relationships readily and is a top-notch sales professional.

Kim currently serves as National Director of Sales and is highly regarded in her field. She is entrenched in industry associations, organizations, and her community and recently served as an elected official in her county. She has been invited to speak at industry events and conferences where she brings her light-hearted touch and humor to the world of governmental finance.

She developed her winning sales and negotiating skills while she was a member of her family’s top-producing, award-winning Real Estate Team, which was recognized nationwide. Kim was focused on a consultative approach to sales, fine-tuning her craft by providing support and educating her clients throughout the process.

Kim took on a new challenge working for a five-star accredited Chamber of Commerce, utilizing her knowledge of sales and marketing to increase revenues by introducing new opportunities for sponsorship and investment into the organization. She used her networking skills to connect and build strong business alliances throughout the organization and community.

Kim credits her success to the people she has met along the way; friendships, mentors, and colleagues, all having some nugget to share or lesson to teach, filling her bucket. But her most rewarding role is as a proud mother and grandmother.

Kim enjoys the outdoors, whether it be walking on the beach or hiking in the woods. You can find her these days riding around on her motorcycle through the streets of the quaint lake town she calls home.

My Bucket     

It was a turning point in her life. Kim was faced with a health and emotional crisis while she was a single mother. She had to reach into her bucket to find the resources that would bring her out of it and find healing. Kim used her bucket throughout her life to take on new challenges and life changes.
