Jenni O’Connor
Jenni O’Connor is an insightful intuitive who holds space for women to dismantle their emotional armor. As an embodiment coach, she teaches her clients how to listen to the whisper of their bodies, before it becomes a scream. Her methods have helped thousands of women to build confidence and feel more connected in body, mind, and emotions. A gold-medalist pole dancer, she owns Studio Phoenix, a women’s aerial dance and fitness studio that features fun classes, like pole dance, chair dance, aerial hammocks, and lyra (aerial hoop). Diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome at age 21, she balances a life between rolling in her wheelchair and flying through the air. Born an introverted wallflower, she has worked hard to overcome her social anxiety and self-doubt to become a confident, powerful woman. She loves helping others develop their best selves! Jenni is an embodiment coach, author, speaker, and podcaster. A certified life coach, somatic coach, and NLP practitioner, she has been a guest expert on podcasts and panels.
