Jenni O’Connor is an insightful intuitive who holds space for women to dismantle their emotional armor. A gold-medalist pole dancer, she owns Studio Phoenix, a women’s aerial dance and fitness studio that features fun classes, like pole dance, chair dance, aerial hammocks, and lyra (aerial hoop). Diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome at age 21, she balances a life between rolling in her wheelchair and flying through the air. Born an introverted wallflower, she has worked hard to overcome her social anxiety and self-doubt to become a confident, powerful woman. She loves helping others develop their best selves!
