As someone who’s grown up with an invisible disability, Giana feels that it is her calling to help those in a similar situation achieve independence and understanding in their daily lives.
Giana Ferrari is the founder of Ferrari Resource Group, LLC. Her business provides client-centered services for young adults with disabilities and their families through advocacy, vocational counseling and job coaching.
Giana also works as an Accommodations Specialist for students with disabilities in the Center of Access and Accommodations at College of DuPage.
Giana received her undergraduate degree in business management, entrepreneurship and psychology from Elmhurst College. She received her graduate degree in rehabilitation counseling at Northern Illinois University.
In her free time, Giana volunteers as a spokesperson for the American Heart Association. She also enjoys training her dog Calvin, and spending time with her family, including her loving husband Brandon Ayers.
